211info's OERAP coordination team can offer OERAP application and program assistance/information to those who are facing barriers, having trouble or have general questions about the program or the application process that the CIC cannot answer.

This team is the Program Administrator for OERAP for Multnomah County, as other counties have their local Program Administrators listed on the OERAP website.
Eligibility: Callers who have questions about the OERAP program or the OERAP application that the CIC is unable to answer.
Hours: Not accepting new applications. Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance Program (OERAP) is CLOSED as of Aug. 12, 2022. Tenants with existing applications in the system that were submitted by August 12, 2022 will continue to be processed as funds remain.
