OREGON MOTHERSCARE AND PERINATAL CARE COORDINATION
Oregon MothersCare provides prenatal assessments to help women begin the path to prenatal care. Services include pregnancy testing, OHP application assistance, streamlined intake/referral for prenatal care, and dental care referrals. Specialized information and referral also available for WIC, home visitation programs, and other prenatal support services.

The Perinatal Care Coordination program is able to provide individual case management during the prenatal and postpartum periods. Services include childbirth education, nurse home visiting, maternal mental health resources and counseling, and information and referral for community resources and infant care supplies.
