INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call or visit website for more information. Parents intending to home school their child(ren) must notify Clackamas ESD of the intent to home school within 10 days of beginning to home school, withdrawing the child from school, or moving to a new ESD region.

DOCUMENTS: Home School Statement of Enrollment, Letter of Acknowledgement of Home School Registration, Letter for college admission
