COORDINATED ENTRY SYSTEM
The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects people to appropriate housing programs based on their needs, including housing search assistance, rent assistance, deposit assistance, mortgage assistance, move-in assistance, subsidized housing, and other assistance to find and maintain housing. Helps with resource navigation such as food, health, dental, mental health care, substance use treatment, and applying for Oregon Health Plan or referring to other qualified programs.

Assistance is limited and based on income, housing, and funding availability.
