UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Assists with electric, gas, and heating fuel (propane, oil, pellets and wood). Wood and pellets are reimbursed up to a certain amount upon purchase by the client. Gas and electric payments are made to utility provider and credited to the client's account.

COVID-19 INFORMATION: Due to COVID-19, call for screening to receive application
INTAKE PROCEDURE: -Call to be pre-screened and to receive an application by mail.
-Once a completed application and required documents are received, applications will be processed and, if approved, payment made directly to utility company.
-Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks for the payment to be posted to the account.

DOCUMENTS: Must bring all of the following documents to your appointment or it will be canceled and you will not be rescheduled:
-Social Security cards for all household members
-Proof of income for the previous month
-Utility bills
-Photo ID for all household members age 18 and older
