OHP CLIENT SERVICES UNIT
Answers questions from those enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) about coverage packets, benefits, and ID cards. Assists OHP members on how to resolve problems involving access or quality of care. Investigates allegations of inappropriate denials of covered benefits. Helps members to navigate through a system of Coordinated Care Organizations. Researches and resolves medical bills received by OHP clients. Receives and records client complaints about misuse or inappropriate disclosure of the client's private health information. Assists members with Open Card to resolve problems with filling prescriptions.
