OREGON HEALTH PLAN
The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's Medicaid program. It provides health care coverage for all low-income Oregonians who meet eligibility requirements.
Medicaid members may be able to access free rides for visits to medical appointments or reimbursement if they drive themselves.

Eligibility: Eligibility requirements vary:

OHP
-For all individuals with a household income at or below 138% FPL.
-Children under age 19 with a family household income at or below 305% FPL.
-Starting July 1, 2023, immigration/citizenship status no longer affects whether someone qualifies for full OHP.

OHP Plus Supplemental (Prenatal)
-Pregnant individuals, age 21 and older, with a household income at or below 190% FPL. Expected children count as members of the household, as they do in all OHP FPL calculations.
