INTAKE PROCEDURE: 1. The first point of contact for OHP enrollees who have a question or concern about benefits and access is the customer service department for the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) or health plan in which the client is enrolled. (Visit Website)

2. If the client is an open card or fee for service client, they should call the Client Services Unit (CSU), 1-800-273-0557

3. If the client feels they are not getting their concerns addressed, they can ask for help from or file a formal complaint with their plan or/and with CSU.

4. At any time but particularly if a client is not getting their concerns or issues addressed, the client can call the Oregon Health Authority Ombudsperson.
