The program acts as representative payee for individuals as authorized by Social Security. Volunteers may also serve as bill pay coaches for individuals. Volunteers play a vital role in building relationships with clients, case managers, and others.

-Debt Management Program: For those with unmanageable credit card debt, ClearPoint offers the implementation of a structured debt management plan (DMP) to pay off debt. ClearPoint negotiates with the client's creditors for reduced fees and interest for the term of the program. The client makes one monthly payment to ClearPoint, which electronically disburses the funds to each creditor. The program continues until the debt is completely paid off. Includes follow-up visits.
