Offers monthly credits to electric bill with a discounted subscription to the Oregon Community Solar Program. Designed to expand solar access and lower utility costs for low-income families and individuals. The subscription to a solar "farm" allows access to solar energy for people who don't have the physical space or financial resources for a solar installation, people who live in condos or apartments, and people who rent or move around a lot.

Provides ongoing, monthly discount of 20-40% on Pacific Power electric bills. Discount applies in addition to any other assistance received.
