Offers monthly credits to electric bill with a discounted subscription to the Oregon Community Solar Program. Designed to expand solar access and lower utility costs for low-income families and individuals. The subscription to a solar "farm" allows access to solar energy for people who don't have the physical space or financial resources for a solar installation, people who live in condos or apartments, and people who rent or move around a lot.

Eligibility: Residential customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, or Idaho Power with an active account in their name and service address where they live. Must meet income requirements.

Provides an ongoing, monthly discount on Pacific Power electric bills. Discount level varies based on income level.

Discount applies in addition to any other assistance received.
