CLARK COUNTY TEEN TALK
Trained teen volunteers offer anonymous, non-judgmental support to teens dealing with difficult issues such as stress, school pressure, relationships, rumors, dating, gay/lesbian/bisexual issues, sex and STDs, drugs and alcohol and other challenges. Teens can connect over the phone, through instant messaging, email, or may post questions anonymously on the website bulletin board.

CRISIS CONNECTIONS
Provides anonymous and confidential help lines for substance abuse, problem gambling, mental health, a peer support warm line, and youth issues. Also provides crisis intervention and referral services. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support and offer local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling, and mental health, as well as referrals to other community services. The resources section of the website also provides information addressing the same issues.
Eligibility: Unrestricted
Hours: Crisis/substance abuse/gambling hotlines: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
Teen Link: 7 days per week 6pm-10pm
Warm Line: Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday/Sunday 12:30pm-9pm

YOUTHLINE
Confidential crisis, counseling, and referral line for youth and their families who are dealing with issues ranging from a bad test grade, running away from home, homelessness, or a recent breakup to such topics as depression, anxiety, bullying, pregnancy, self-harm, or substance use disorder.

The YouthLine is staffed by volunteers ages 15-18 who are supervised at all times by an adult. Volunteers from different high schools across the Portland Metro area complete 30 hours of crisis line training to develop peer helping skills and learn about substance use disorder and available treatment.
