THE HARBOR
Provides domestic and sexual violence advocacy, shelter services, prevention education, and support. Services include a 24-hour crisis line, drop-in center, emergency shelter, transportation assistance, relocation assistance, culturally specific 2SLGBTQIA+ and Latinx services, youth prevention education and advocacy, medical and legal advocacy, and support groups for survivors. Provides community education on the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence, trauma, and prevention.

Advocates are mobile and can meet with survivors in safe, public locations throughout Clatsop County.

YOUTH SERVICE CENTER
(YSC) is a Jackson Street-run youth resource center. After-school programs are run from this site, as well as positive youth development activities. Necessary items/supplies, resources, referrals, support, snacks, and individual case management are also available.

YOUTH FAMILY SERVICES
Youth and Family Services works with youth and their families by providing support services, including counseling, support groups, violence and anger prevention training, life skills groups, parenting classes, new parenting groups, crime victims support, and community information and referral and temporary housing.

CRISIS & INFORMATION HOTLINE
All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill building.
-Transitional Living Program (TLP): Provides shelter for up to 18 months. TLP offers community stabilization supports, assistance with employment, assistance with educational goals, and counseling to assure youth are prepared for independent living.
