Provides educational parenting support, family support group sessions, education and mentoring support, and referral to other resources as needed. This empowers individuals with disabilities, and their families, to take charge of their life's direction. Also assists in determining supports, goals, and community inclusion, resulting in increased independence.

Programs and services include: Information and Referral, Peer Mentoring, Mental Health Support Groups, Peer Counseling, Mental Health Peer Support Club, Disability Navigators (employment), The WIN Program (Benefit Coordination), Social Security benefits application assistance, and advocacy.

Mental Health Peer Support Club is located at 990 Oak Street.

Supports people with disabilities, their families and loved ones by providing Information and Referral, Peer Mentoring/Supports, Independent Living Skills Training, Individual and Systems Advocacy, Life Transition Services, and Dial-A-Ride.
