Provides assistance with paying for the cost of some prescriptions. May also provide gas vouchers or bus fare for trips to medical appointments within service area. CARE must be able to contact the provider to verify the appointment.

Provides gently used clothing, shoe vouchers (as available) for school aged children, paper products for cleaning, and hygiene items. Also offers bus passes or gas vouchers for transportation to out of town job interviews and medical appointments. Additionally, offers prescription assistance for non narcotic medication limited to $75 per family per year and assistance in getting state ID.

Provides passes for local transportation through 1-2-day bus passes or gas voucher. No monthly bus passes, Amtrak, or Greyhound tickets.

Polk County Resource Center provides the following services: Emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, birth certificates, ID cards, and prescriptions; hygiene items, diapers, transportation passes, shower passes and gas cards; comprehensive information and referral; child care resources and referrals and education to providers and parents. Also offers seasonal programs including school supplies and holiday assistance.

Provides electric, water, propane, and rent payment assistance. Also provides gas money to get to medical appointments.

Provides gasoline vouchers (primarily for jobs and other essential appointments) and bus tickets. Also assists with prescription medications (excluding pain medication). Must fill prescriptions at one of two participating local pharmacies.

Provides limited assistance with emergency services including rent and mortgage assistance, prescriptions, shower and laundry vouchers, bus tickets, taxi vouchers, gas vouchers, clothing, electric, water, and propane bills. During the winter season provides sleeping bags, tents, tarps, hats, gloves, and hand warmers as funding allows.

Provides limited temporary financial assistance for utilities (electricity, heating fuel, and water), rent, gas money, and prescriptions to individuals and families with an extreme situation. Funds are administered by pastors of local churches in Waldport and Yachats.

Provides emergency financial assistance for electric/natural gas bills and gas vouchers. Funding is limited. If needs exceed available funding, St. Mary's Poor Fund volunteers will assist in finding other agencies that may be able to cover the remaining expense.

Offers limited rental and utility assistance, and gas vouchers for emergency transportation on a first come, first served basis. Other limited services may be arranged as needed. Volunteers make home visits to assess clients' needs. No services are available on site.

Provides a gas voucher or gift card for medical, work, school transportation, or other appointments or transportation needs as determined by the agency. The gas vouchers and gift cards are limited and will be available based on current funding.

Provides emergency food boxes, clothing for adults, household items (kitchenware and small appliances), prescription assistance, gas money (for job interviews or appointments), emergency motel vouchers, and ID assistance. Donations accepted.

Provides limited rent assistance, utility assistance, gasoline, prescription and medical bill assistance, and other financial help on first-come, first-served basis. No cash assistance; all payments are made directly to the vendor. Financial assistance limited to one time in a 12 month period. Referrals to other outreach agencies are provided.

Provides limited emergency assistance with rent, utilities, bus fare, gas vouchers, laundry vouchers, and other forms of concrete assistance.

Provides limited assistance for the following: utility assistance (water, electricity, or natural gas with a past due or shut-off notice), rent (eviction prevention only), prescription assistance (no painkillers or mood-altering drugs), gasoline vouchers (for verified out-of-town doctor's appointments only), and propane vouchers (up to $25 to be used at Sweet Home RV Center). May receive assistance once in 12 months.

Offers participants in 12 step recovery support with gas money and groceries. Members without other forms of transportation can access monthly bus passes for "The Wave" Tillamook.

Emergency food pantry that also provides emergency housing assistance, prescription expense assistance, clothing vouchers, propane/gas vouchers, utility assistance, and a low cost thrift store. Also provides application assistance for SNAP/food stamps, OHP, and CAT Housing Solutions.

Provides possible to help with rent, utilities, prescriptions, identification & birth certificates, gas, regional bus fare, and other urgent needs. Usually only able to pay a portion of the requested amount. Individuals must be able to establish a stable financial plan after receiving assistance. May also provide referrals to other agencies for further needs.
