Provides support groups for people who are experiencing mental health issues and their families. The groups are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience and are aimed at LGBTQ2+ individuals, families, women, spanish speaking communities, and those who have been impacted by suicide.

PATHFINDER NETWORK CENTER FOR FAMILY SUCCESS
HEALING TRAUMA
Strengths-based, six session group for mothers that have experienced trauma and toxic stress. This group promotes healing and empowerment through the utilization of trauma-informed approaches, including: expressive arts, mindfulness practices, relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychoeducation and body-focused movement. Groups are closed sessions that will be facilitated by a practitioner with extensive experience working with trauma-impacted youth and adults.
Meals are provided and childcare is available.
