Hooper Center through Central City Concern provides medical detoxification and stabilization from chemical dependency by providing outreach, sobering and sub-acute medical detoxification. During the 6-10 day stay clients receive medical treatment for early withdrawal symptoms, counseling, and referrals to other programs.

Mobile crisis intervention team integrated into the public safety systems of Eugene and Springfield. Responds to a range of non-criminal crises, including intoxication, disorientation, substance use and mental health issues, dispute resolution, and street facilitation. Transport to treatment is also provided. Service is confidential, voluntary, and staffed and managed by White Bird Clinic. Home visits available.
