Provides evaluations for people arrested for DUIs, Minor in Possession (MIP) information classes, two transitional living facilities (one for men, one for women and children), and alcohol- and drug-free apartments for those who have successfully completed treatment. The residential program includes a child development program for men, women, and their children.

The program has licensed professional oversight, and the individual meets daily with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who assists with Medication Assisted Treatment.

Housing throughout Oregon for women and men in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. There is no time limit for residence. Each resident is responsible for membership dues and residents share household responsibilities. Houses are democratically run. There are no house managers or supervisors. Each house has an elected board and weekly house meetings are conducted to discuss business, policies, etc.
Eligibility: Must be or have a desire to be drug- and alcohol-free, and be able to pay share of rent and household expenses.

Services provided are resource and referral, budget, credit and homebuyer counseling, the VIDA (Valley Individual Development Account) program, affordable home repair loans, financial management, homebuyer classes, and assistance to participate in the States Mortgage Payment Assistance Programs.

Each home has an on-site house manager who oversees house operations, administers urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, works with probation and parole officers, and serves as a support to each member's recovery journey.
