A full spectrum behavioral health services center that provides trauma-informed services to those seeking help with symptoms of mental illness, chemical dependency, and primary health care needs. Services include outpatient chemical dependency treatment, substance use disorder counseling, smoking cessation, outpatient mental health services, DUII services, corrections services, adolescent chemical dependency treatment, and primary medical care. Mental health or chemical dependency assessments are performed at intake to determine the level of care needed. To help reintegrate individuals back into the community returning from incarceration, Bridgeway offers limited subsidized apartment housing. Treatment can be provided in a one-on-one or group setting. Care is provided at multiple locations in the greater Salem area with telehealth options.
