Provides a calming, secure setting for children in crisis. Designed to resolve crisis situations and reduce the danger of aggression or self-harm. Specializes in working with children who have both developmental disabilities and a mental health diagnosis.

CRISIS TRIAGE & STABILIZATION
Provides safe environment as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. Services include creating recovery plans, one-on-one group support sessions, substance use disorder and mental health evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, and connection to community resources. This is a voluntary program. The triage center includes 8 chairs for stays less than 24 hours and the stabilization center includes sixteen beds for 5-7 day stays.

The Crisis Response Program provides support when a child is experiencing a mental health crisis. A call to a crisis worker will provide assistance and referrals to help stabilize the situation and create a short-term plan. If a more intensive intervention is needed, a crisis response team can provide services on-site. A team may seek authorization for a brief, voluntary crisis care placement, approved by the parent.
