DUSK TO DAWN OVERNIGHT SLEEPING
DUSK TO DAWN
Provides an 10' x 10' overnight sleeping space. Tents or similar overnight covering items are allowed, but will not be provided. On-site services include a portable toilet, clean-up station, pet waste bag stand, and trash cans. Guests must follow a noise curfew from 10pm-7pm, dispose of all personal refuse, respect the allowable space for each camper, and remove all gear and personal belongings by 7:30am each morning.

No cooking, campfires, weapons, or recreational drug use (legal or otherwise) is allowed.

Eligibility: Adults and families with minor children experiencing homelessness
Pets allowed but must be under their owners control at all times. All dogs 6 months and older must have received a rabies vaccination.

RIGHT 2 DREAM TOO
SHORT-TERM SLEEPING AREA
Provides up to 12 hours of safe, uninterrupted sleep for couples, men, and women during the night or day in a tented area. Sleeping necessities are provided for those who may not have any. People are only allowed 12 hours during the day or night and are welcomed to come back after 12 hours in between.
Also offers a clothing closet to assist those in need. Item availability depends on what has been donated and is on hand at any given time.

Provides a place for unsheltered individuals to sleep safely overnight in heated, heavy-duty communal tents. Currently, the emergency shelter program has capacity for 110 guests. Additionally, meals and social services are served through the Eugene Service Station (ESS) and access to basic healthcare is at the Hub clinic located onsite. Dusk to Dawn has low-barrier entry with no time limit for guests who follow the shelter guidelines.
