Provides transitional housing to families with children, as well as women escaping domestic violence or experiencing homelessness. Supportive services that include social service referrals, job readiness, budgeting, and other life skills in preparation for independent living are provided.

Residential housing program provides 32 units of supportive housing for women in recovery.

Jean's Place is a 60-bed short-term, housing-focused residential program for women. The program provides case management, life and job skills training, and support services. The program serves women, age 18 and older, with priority for people 55 and older, those with disabilities, and veterans. Stays are generally 4-6 months long. Program participants are expected to abstain from drugs and alcohol during their stay.

Provides temporary shelter for women, focusing on encouraging them to make healthy life goal decisions. Clients are provided with basic life-skills education and guidance in order to provide the tools to make choices leading to self-sufficiency. Services also include support groups, outreach, referrals, and optional faith based teachings.

Operates three transitional housing shelters for families and single women, as space permits. The length of stay averages 3-6 months. One is in Newberg and two are in McMinnville. Clients must be willing to participate in case management activities.
