Affordable housing community with over 100 units consisting of both residential apartments, single rooms and artist studio spaces. The sizes of the spaces range from about 130-400 square feet. Building includes laundry room with coin-operated machines, a workshop, galleries, and community gardens. Note: Some units do not have a private bathroom, and instead have a shared, dorm-style bathroom.

The housing choice voucher program, commonly known as Section 8, is the federal government's major program for assisting very low-income families, older adults, and persons needing special features or accommodations to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private rental market. Voucher holders may choose their own housing in the private rental market, including single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments that meet minimum standards of health and safety.
