Provides one-time rental assistance to households who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability. Also provides dedicated access points for household members that are part of BIPOC, immigrant/refugee, and veteran communities.

-Household is at risk of experiencing homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19

-Tenant has not received Treasury Rent Assistance before
-Household annualized income is at or below 80% area median income
-Does not provide assistance with mortgage payments
-Households do not need to have a social security number or documentation status

-Be at a substantial risk of experiencing homelessness or be able to demonstrate a reduction in household income due directly or indirecly to the COVID-19 pandemic
-Household income at or below 60% of area median income (AMI)

All other services are unrestricted.
