HOMELESS VETERANS REINTEGRATION PROGRAM (HVRP)
Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) serves homeless veterans who are seeking housing assistance, employment services and/or training program connection and support. HVRP works with low-income homeless veterans to help them lay the framework to secure housing and become self-sufficient. Case management helps participants navigate community resources and to provide support in gaining employment and occupational training.

SOUTHWESTERN OREGON VETERANS OUTREACH
VETERANS SERVICES
Provides assistance in processing VA health applications and VA Disability and Pension Claims and in obtaining military discharges and personnel and medical files. Also has a small emergency fund. Provides referrals for housing and assistance with paperwork and basic fees for birth certificates, driver's licenses, and other legal documents. Emergency survival materials for homeless veterans, such as hygiene kits, tents, and sleeping bags are available. Advocates for veterans with Veterans Health and Benefits Administrations.

One-day event to assist veteran households in finding self-sufficiency and social service assistance programs for veterans. Will provide assistance with a range of necessities, including clothing and hygiene supplies, haircuts, health screenings, mental health, dental and vision exams, Flu shots, DHS services (SNAP, OHO, TANF, Daycare Assistance), supportive serices (legal aid, disability, domestic violence), employment, housing, pet care and pet food. Additional information and referrals available to agencies that can better assist veterans who are at risk of becoming or are homeless. Lunch provided. COVID-19 Vaccines. Transportation provided.

VA COMMUNITY RESOURCE AND REFERRAL CENTER
Provides access to both VA and community services. Services for former US Military Service members/Veterans may include short term case management, one site primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, access to VA housing programs including Grant Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible, These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one time assistance and may include case management. Help is provided finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance provided with expediting VA Benefit claims, access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program and State employment. Access to on site clothing, computers, and hygiene items.
