Changes is an independent living program for youth that meet homeless criteria. Provides basic financial assistance with initial move-in costs such as a security deposit, application fee or cleaning fee for an apartment, and case management support to youth ready to live on their own.

Homeless drop-in center for youth providing laundry facilities, phone use, temporary mailing address, and showers. Provides meals every weekday. Also provides street outreach, case management, mental health counseling, education, and assistance finding housing. Eligible youth will be added to a central housing referral list for all programs they qualify for.
