HOUSING TRANSITIONS PROGRAM (HTP)
Provides drop-in services, housing assistance, and employment services to self-identified women over the age of 25 who are experiencing homelessness without minor children in their custody.

Drop-in services may include:
-A safe, comfortable place for women only (well-mannered pets are welcome)
-Information and referral
-Access to a phone, community voicemail, mailing address, and computers
-Shower
-Washer and dryer (for women who are staying outside)
-Snacks, coffee, and a weekly lunch

Housing services may include:

-Information and advocacy
-Assistance in applying for subsidized housing
-Move-in costs for women who have stable income (when funds are available)
-Help reducing barriers to housing and assistance with landlord appeals
-Permanent housing placement for chronically homeless women (when housing programs have capacity)
-Assistance with the physical move and household items (only available to women in HTP housing)
-Ongoing case management for housing clients

WOMEN'S DAY SERVICES
Day services include clothes, bathrooms, showers, temporary mailing addresses, and hygiene items.

ROSEBURG RESCUE MISSION
SAMARITAN INN
Shelter with 104 beds for women with or without children. Dayroom open all day for guests at the shelter or not. Provides meals, showers, laundry facilities, and clothing (clothing is only for shelter residents). Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Provides hot meals and limited provisions. Food, beverages, clothing, camping gear, and other resources may be available as supply allows. No indoor access: all services provided at the walk up window.
