RELAY RESOURCES
HOUSING
Manages a portfolio of affordable housing and HUD-subsidized properties. Relay Resources works with Section 8 vouchers, RASP, DV grants, Ready-to-Rent, Fresh Start, and other assistance programs. Some housing resources have waitlists and others are available on a first come, first served basis but are dependent upon availability. Relay Resources gives its employees preference on housing waitlists. Majority located in Portland, with one property in Milwaukie, one in Albany, and one in The Dalles.

Affordable Housing: Unsubsidized housing at a price that is competitive and affordable for individuals and families. Wait time is minimum 30 days and up to 12 months.

HUD Section 8 project-based housing: Apartment complexes in which each resident or household pays 30% of their monthly income for rent. Approximate 2-year wait.

HUD Section 811 housing for people with disabilities: Each resident pays 30% of their monthly income for rent.
