SHELTER SERVICES
Serves as an entry point into the Portland Metro area's domestic violence shelter and housing resources. Checks at 9am each day for all domestic violence resources, including shelter openings, available that same day. No waitlists are available. Shelter access is dependent on availability.

Pre-screens and provides referrals for a Safety and Stabilization Assessment (SSA) for domestic violence shelters or housing resources. SSA is required before accessing most direct domestic violence services.

Motel vouchers that are very limited. When available, good for one or two nights for folks in imminent danger seeking safety.

Eligibility: Survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence, stalking, sex trafficking, or sex industry workers that are currently needing to flee a dangerous situation and have no safe place to stay for the night. Domestic and/or sexual violence must have occurred within the last six months. Serves all ages and genders.
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
OASIS ADVOCACY & SHELTER
EMERGENCY SHELTER, OUTREACH, AND ADVOCACY PROGRAM
Provides a domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking shelter and a crisis hotline. Provides peer support counseling and case management for survivors fleeing domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. Provides hotel stays for abused men. Case management services offered off-site for victims of human trafficking. Extensive outreach services that include an advocate stationed in the courthouse to assist with protective orders and court processes.
Eligibility: Shelter: Female-identifying survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or human trafficking and her minor children. Must comply with non-violence policies and be capable of providing own personal care. Shelter allows some breeds of dogs; call for details. No puppies, not more than 2 dogs per person, must be current on flea control. Other pets also allowed; call for details. Hotel vouchers are for men only.

HOME FREE
A domestic violence intervention program that includes services such as support groups for domestic violence survivors; Emergency Services (hotline, information and referral, telephone advocacy) and Transitional Services (home visits, long-term advocacy and support, help locating and maintaining safe housing). Motel vouchers are only available for those in emergencies who are actively fleeing domestic violence, availability is dependent upon funding.

Advocates are available in Multnomah County in restraining order rooms, the Gresham DHS office, the Portland Police Domestic Violence Reduction Unit, and the Richmond Clinic.
