Eligibility: Teen Dads who have assumed responsibility for parenting and with very limited financial means to provide essentials for his baby. Also, Fathers who suddenly gain full custody, (due to abandonment, incarceration, rehab, etc. of the mother) and are in need of temporary support to take care of their young child(ren).
