Provides customized employment and training activities. The goal is to prepare as many clients as possible for unsubsidized employment with employers identified through job development activities.

Provides on site Naloxone distribution and usage training. Also offers re-entry resources and services to individuals leaving jail in order to mitigate the risk of return and facilitate a successful transition back into the community. Upon release, clients can conveniently access the center and obtain services such as employment and housing referrals, basic needs, GED courses, parenting skills training, and peer support.

Provides job training, individualized career and life coaching, personal finance and life skills education, job placement, and work experience opportunities. Also provides job placement and support for ex-offenders in addition to a welfare to work program.

Resource Center for people transitioning from incarceration back to the community, who are currently on probation/parole supervision, or otherwise impacted by the criminal justice system. Weekly legal clinic where volunteers offer consultation on civil legal matters. Weekly assistance in applying for health insurance through Cover Oregon. They also provide classes and workshops for ex-offenders on topics such as parenting, personal finance, tenant readiness, and motivation. Provide consultation, information and referral specifically for persons and family members impacted by incarceration or involvement in the criminal justice system. A computer lab is available for computer tutoring, GED preparation, job search and other purposes.

Provides employment, housing and resource support to individuals with conviction histories. Services include job counseling, interview preparation support, and educational workshops on resume writing, saving and budgeting, and job/housing search strategies. Also provides assistance preparing educational and financial aid applications, housing packets/applications, and other supports to help individuals with conviction histories overcome barriers to employment and housing access.

Welcome Home Oregon is a faith-based non-profit re-entry organization that provides basic re-entry support to people recently released from a correctional facility. Services include re-entry/transitional housing and essential needs like food and clothing. Also provides general employment assistance and mentoring.

SE Works offers a variety of employment programs, with specialized services to assist formerly incarcerated individuals, homeless individuals, and others under case management in securing and maintaining employment. Services include:
