CLARK COUNTY TREASURY RENT ASSISTANCE

Provides assistance to households and landlords with tenants who have experienced a loss of income and are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19. Eligible households can receive up to 12 months total of rent assistance. This includes owed past due rent, as well as up to three months of future rent. Also provides dedicated access points for household members that are part of BIPOC, Immigrant/Refugee, Veteran communities. Please know that resources are limited, and it may take months to receive assistance, if placed on the waitlist.

Eligibility: -Households with an adult 18 and older that are renting a house that have also experienced a negative financial impact due to Covid-19
-Household is at risk of experiencing homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability due to COVID-19
(for example: currently late on rent and/or has past due rent accumulated)
-Tenant has not received Treasury Rent Assistance before
-Household annualized income is at or below 60% area median income
