Military OneSource is a phone and internet support service provided by the Department of Defense, offering assistance and resources to military personnel and their families on various issues. Services include counseling and information on personal issues, money matters, career issues, parenting, legal issues, elder care, relocation, violence and trauma, and transition to civilian life.

Eligibility: -Active-duty service members in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and Navy and their immediate family members
-National Guard and Reserve members and their immediate family members
-Retired and separating service members and their immediate family members for up to 365 days following their separation -Extended family members seeking assistance on behalf of a service member
-Some qualified Department of Defense civilians
-Call for more information on eligibility
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week

VETERAN REINTEGRATION SERVICES (VET CENTERS)
Vet Centers provide a wide range of psychosocial services and counseling to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. Services include:
-Individual and group counseling for veterans, service members, and their families
-Family counseling for military-related issues
-Bereavement counseling for families who experience an active duty death
-Military sexual trauma counseling and referral
-Outreach and education including Post-Deployment Health Reassessment Program (PDHRA), community events, etc.
-Substance abuse assessment and referral
-Employment assessment and referral
-VBA benefits explanation and referral
-Screening and referral for medical issues including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), depression, etc.

In addition to providing employment assistance, WorkSource markets the advantages of hiring veterans to local businesses and connects veterans to services that help with health care, food, clothing, or housing.
