Healthier Oregon provides full health care benefits for non-citizens, including immigrants and refugees with different immigration statuses.

CWM (Citizen Waived Medical) insurance covers emergency medical service only. Defined as those that could place the client's health in serious jeopardy, result in serious impairment to bodily function, and/or serious dysfunction of any organ or body part.

CWM Prenatal insurance covers prenatal care and labor and birth services, as well as emergency services. Coverage now includes abortions and postpartum care up to one year after pregnancy ends.

Eligibility: Healthier Oregon: Adults 19-25 or 55 and older who currently aren't eligible for full OHP because of their immigration status with a household income at or below 138%. Must live in Oregon but citizenship and legal residency are not required.

CWM: Adults between the ages of 26-54 with a household income at or below 138%. Must live in Oregon but citizenship and legal residency are not required.

CWM Prenatal: Pregnant women with a household income at or below 185%. Must live in Oregon but citizenship and legal residency are not required.

-Anti-rejection medication for an organ transplant
-Long-Term Care services
