Provides assistance with multiple aspects of employment transition such as resume writing, digital literacy skills, and evaulation for credentials; skill, qualification, and needs assessments; job finding assistance; and small business development training. Also may provide assistance in navigating health and social services systems, as well as money management counseling services.

Assists students with planning and achieving their educational goals by advising on an academic course choice, tutoring, information and referral in accessing financial, academic, and supportive services, such as federal financial aid, child care, or transportation assistance. Provides GED test preparation and assists immigrant, refugee, and community members in job and career planning.

Employment and training services for newly arrived refugees and established refugees and immigrants, including job coaching, placement, retention, and career planning.

Provides information, resource referral, and wraparound services for refugee families. Programming includes refugee employment services, ESL classes, and youth refugee mentorship.

Assists immigrants and refugees with the following services: immigration counseling, advocacy, photo service, elderly services, employment projects for newly arrived refugees, social service referrals, and English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring for refugees. Assistance with citizenship, including citizenship classes, naturalization information, and forms are available.

Partners in Careers (PIC) provides employability assessments, career counseling, classroom and work-site training, job search preparation, job development, job matching and placement, and internship opportunities. Also provides contracted services for vocational rehabilitation, immigrants and refugees, and persons with limited English language proficiency. Also offers training programs for individuals transitioning from welfare to work, youth (both in school and out of school), and homeless individuals and families.

Assists immigrants and refugees in obtaining long-term employment based upon degrees or certificates they have received from their country of origin. Provides a career coach to assist individuals with credential recognition, developing an employment plan, understanding American work culture and offer continuing placement support. Offers access to education and skills development through on-the-job training, paid internships and workshops.
