HEARING LOSS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA
The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) provides assistance, support groups, and resources for people with hearing loss and their families to learn how to adjust to living with hearing loss. HLAA and local chapters work to eradicate the stigma associated with hearing loss and raise public awareness about the need for prevention, treatment, and regular hearing screenings throughout life. HLAA staff work at the national level to affect legislation that impacts people with hearing loss.

COMMUNITY PROGRAM AND INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
Provides a resource and service center which includes an ASL/deaf culture resource library, special equipment store, public video phone, internet/computer access, and hosts events, workshops, presentations, and a monthly legal clinic.

Also offers a variety of services through their community programs, including deaf senior citizen social groups, education and training, business meetings, ASL classes, craft classes, workshops, and case management which includes advocacy, communication assistance, peer counseling, and housing assistance.
