lived in Oregon the last six months of 2020.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, businesses must:
-Bring in less than $1 million in revenue
-Be at least partially owned by someone who uses an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number or something similar to file their taxes
-Operate in Oregon
-Be for-profit
-Have been excluded from the 2020 round of the federal Paycheck Protection Program or impaired in applying for benefits from traditional sources
-Have experienced a decline in revenue, lost opportunities, lost clients, or similar negative impacts since January 8, 2021 due to COVID-19
-Still be active and plan to remain operational
-Bring in less than $1 million in revenue
