Provides information and resource referral for businesses in Oregon regarding COVID-19, wildfires, and other emergencies. Includes information on financial assistance programs and reopening guidance.

Provides emergency loans to restore or replace essential property and living expenses, production costs, reorganization of the operation, or refinancing of certain debts when a natural disaster is designated by the Secretary of Agriculture or a natural disaster or emergency is declared by the President under the Stafford Act.

Provides loans of up to $500,000 at a 2.875% interest rate for farmers affected financially by the 2021 extreme heat event.

The SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) can provide up to 2 million dollars to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses that could have been met, had a disaster not occurred. Loan amount is based on actual economic injury, regardless of whether or not the business incurred property damage. Repayment terms are determined on an individual basis.

Provides loans of up to $2,000,000 to qualified business or nonprofit organizations. Loan proceeds may be used for repair or replacement of physical property, machinery, inventory, or improvements to the business site.
This program covers losses not fully covered by insurance.

May provide up to $200,000 to replace or repair a primary residence. Loans may not be used to upgrade homes or make additions, unless required by local building code. Additional services that this program may be able to provide include refinancing of all or part of a previously existing mortgage or a loan of up to $40,000 to replace personal property (such as cars, furniture, clothing) damaged or destroyed in the disaster.
