Provides professionally facilitated, live, chat-based support groups for LGBTQ+ and questioning teens. There is no audio or video. All chats are pre-scheduled (not 24/7) and each chat lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. All chats are fully moderated and facilitated by chat facilitators who are trained staff and/or volunteers from LGBTQ+ centers across the USA.

Provides a hotline for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender older adults to talk with trained peer-counselor volunteers about issues including isolation, relationship concerns, bullying, HIV/AIDS, etc.

Provides telephone, online private one-to-one chat, and email peer support for LGBT teens and young adults to talk about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, parent issues, school problems, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer-sex information, etc.

Provides telephone, online private one-to-one chat, and email peer support for LGBT callers of all ages to talk about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer-sex information, etc.

Also maintains the GLBT National Resource Database, an online resource database with information on youth groups, social and support organizations, and gay-friendly religious organizations, sports leagues, student groups, etc.

Provides a volunteer-run hotline for transgender people who are experiencing a crisis, offering support and connection to resources where possible such as passport and state identification help to reflect their gender identity. While the goal is to prevent self-harm, it is also a warmline where people can call with a variety of needs (i.e., how to access transition-related health care, where to find local support groups) as well as a information on resources. The hotline is staffed by trans-identifying individuals. Operators will only call emergency services with the caller's consent.

Provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services related to sexual orientation or gender identity issues via the Trevor Lifeline, TrevorText, and TrevorChat to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQQ) young people. Additionally offers information and resources related to sexual orientation and gender identity.
