Family Violence Services helps survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence, sexual assault, rape, stalking, teen dating violence, and elder abuse with safety planning and guidance through the justice systems (Tribal, state, and federal).

Provides assistance obtaining protection orders (Tribal Protection Orders, Family Abuse Protection Act, Stalking Orders, Elder Abuse Protection Orders, and Sexual Assault Protection Orders).

May be able to provide assistance and referrals for emergency shelter, utilities, rent, and transportation.

NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HOTLINE
Provides confidential and anonymous crisis intervention, education, safety planning, and local referrals to anyone affected by intimate partner violence. Advocates have access to a database of local service providers and national resources throughout country. Dedicated hotlines for Native American/Alaska Native and Deaf, DeafBlind, or hard of hearing individuals.

STRONGHEARTS NATIVE HELPLINE
Culturally-appropriate, anonymous, confidential helpline offers peer-to-peer support for individuals, affected family members, and friends. Crisis intervention, assistance with safety planning, education, and referrals to Native-centered domestic and sexual violence service providers.
