Baby Blues Connection provides support, information and resources to women and families coping with pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders. Services include 24-hour phone support, parent to parent support groups in multiple locations, partner support for family members who want to support someone coping with postpartum depression or anxiety, and resource packets emailed/mailed at no cost.

Provides a helpline for support and local referrals. Online information and support groups to help families, providers, and communities learn about the emotional and mental health of childbearing families. Website helps locate specialized support coordinators. Each state or county page offers information on how to contact PSI coordinators, crisis hotlines, support groups, and events in that area.

Provides peer support through a Warm Line, a support phone line, an online support group and in person peer to peer support groups, prevention and self-care groups, and other support services. Trained WellMama volunteers facilitate each group and share information about prevention and wellness. Facilitators provide support and resources, and referrals to qualified professionals, as needed. Support people, including partners, and babies under a year are welcome at all meetings.
