This program provides parenting trainings, educational home visits, groups on general parenting issues, parenting materials to help children prepare for school, referrals, case management, and developmental screening. It also provides parents with guidance on how to deal with a child's tantrums, questions about a child's developmental stages, and alternative types of discipline.
