OASIS DROP-IN DAY CENTER
A collaborative project that provides homeless families priority access to a coordinated set of services offered at multiple locations in the G Street neighborhood. The participating organizations function as a campus, with all services within easy walking distance. Services include:
-A safe place to be during the day
-Access to laundry, showers, and restroom facilities
-A place to prepare and eat simple meals
-Help finding affordable housing and employment
-Access to additional school and community based resources

-Child enrolled in Springfield Public Schools
-Camping/doubled-up/living in their car in the Springfield area
-Staying in a Springfield motel paid for by an agency/provider
Hours: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-6pm, closed holidays
MASLOW PROJECT
Provides resources and support for homeless youth and their families by working in schools and in the community and operating a drop in center that helps with basic needs. Drop-in center services include a food pantry, personal hygiene supplies, diapers, baby formula, sleeping bags/bedding/tents, dog/cat food laundry facilities, computers for schoolwork/job searching, youth counseling, harm reduction workshops, art therapy, advocacy, case management, temporary mailing addresses and referrals to other community resources.

Eligibility: Ages 0-21 and families with children/youth ages 0-21 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, including those who are:
-Couch surfing
-Living in hotels/motels
-Camping
-Living on the streets
-Living in a car/trailer
-Staying in a shelter or other temporary living situation
-Any other unsafe/dangerous living situation

If someone does not qualify, staff will work to find another community resource that would be a better fit.
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm
ROSEBURG RESCUE MISSION
SAMARITAN INN
Shelter with 104 beds for women with or without children. Dayroom open all day for guests at the shelter or not. Provides meals, showers, laundry facilities, and clothing (clothing is only for shelter residents). Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Day center for houseless families and pregnant women that provides a place to shower, make phone calls, pick up mail and messages, do laundry, eat, etc. Families may come and go as they wish during the day.



The Night Shelter Annex is a low-barrier, 90-day wraparound case management and shelter program for families experiencing houselessness. Services include access to individual dorm units, laundry, showers, meals (breakfast and dinner), First Place Kids child care, and First Place Family Center day-access center. Families must first be registered at First Place Family Center to be eligible for the Night Shelter Annex.



Pre-screening is required. Eligible households will be added to a central housing referral list for all programs they qualify for.
