Drop-in center providing a safe place for people who need to get indoors and out of the weather. Additional services include:
-Breakfast, lunch, and light food items to-go
-Personal hygiene kits
-Coats, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, and umbrellas
-Clothing vouchers to community thrift store
-Computer access, wi-fi access, and resume printing
-A small children's play area
-Temporary mailing address and telephone use

Assistance may include clothing, furniture, linens, towels and blankets, kitchenware (dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc.), diapers and wipes, and personal hygiene supplies. One time limited assistance with utility payments such as telephone, water, electric, and gas. All payments are made directly to the vendor, and assistance is not guaranteed. The amount of assistance is on a case by case basis and current funding availability.

Available services, when funding is available:
-A voucher for furniture and household items once in a 12-month period.
-A clothing voucher once in a 6-month period.

Provides furniture, clothing, and clothing vouchers to individuals in urgent situations (fire, flood, etc.).

Provides vouchers for clothing and household goods to be redeemed in the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Families needing assistance can request vouchers on a case-by-case basis.

Provides emergency 5-day food boxes twice every 30 days. Sack lunches are provided twice a week. Clients are interviewed for needs and food preferences and able to shop in the food pantry. Provides a small clothing closet for men, women, and children. Clothing vouchers are also provided. May be able to assist with cost of Oregon ID card or Oregon drivers license fees. Funds for prescriptions are available on the first of each month. No funds are available for any kind of pain medication.

Provides a limited number of emergency utilities assistance with a 12- or 5-day shut-off notice. Provides a shopping-style food pantry open 5 days a week. Provides limited amount of funding for eyeglasses. Sometimes can provide a few bus passes for work or medical transportation only. Issues vouchers to St Vincent de Paul thrift store to obtain free clothing, household items, and furniture for those in an emergency situation.

Clients are asked to bring their own bags for food pantry and thrift store items.

Provides rent/mortgage and utility assistance (water, electric, propane, and heat) no more than once per year.
Provides other financial assistance depending on specific needs. Individuals and families can receive vouchers for clothing, outdoor living gear, and household goods.
