CLACKAMAS EARLY LEARNING HUB
A network of providers who work to enhance the ability of parents and caregivers to stimulate, protect, and nurture children. In order to lower the incidences of child abuse and neglect, increase effective parenting, and improve family health and well-being via parent education trainings, strengthening linkages among providers, and improving access to support for all families. Coordinated enrollment into subsidized preschool, including Head Start and Preschool Promise. Serves as the Coordinate Early Learning Hub for the county.
