Eligibility: -HIV diagnosis
-Monthly income of less than 185% of the federal poverty guidelines. 2023 monthly income of less than $1,926 for a household of one person. Add $682 for each additional person in a household.
Hours: Monday 1pm-4pm, Tuesday/Thursday 2pm-5pm, Wednesday 1pm-3pm
