Polk Community Development Corporation is a “one-stop shop” for homeownership and affordable rental housing information and support. Offering a variety of programs to help achieve quality, affordable, and sustainable homeownership. Services provided are resource and referral, budget, credit and homebuyer counseling, the VIDA (Valley Individual Development Account) program, affordable home repair loans, financial management, homebuyer classes, and assistance to participate in the States Mortgage Payment Assistance Programs.

Also owns and manages a wide variety of affordable rental housing, including transitional housing for persons in addiction recovery.
