SEXUAL ASSAULT NURSE EXAMINER PROGRAM (SANE)
Immediate care provided by specially trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE). Medical treatment for sexually transmitted infections/disease, prophylaxis, and emergency contraception. Forensic evidence collection (if requested by survivor) and coordinated access to a sexual assault advocate, post-care resources, and referrals. Available at all 3 Jackson County hospitals and Three Rivers in Grants Pass.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in to any hospital in Jackson County or Josephine County. Able to provide services within 7 days of an assault.
