Coordinated transportation for traveling to and from covered non-emergency medical services. Transportation is provided for those who have no other way to get to their medical appointments. Transportation is arranged through locally contracted transportation providers. Mileage reimbursement is another option for those who are able to drive or have friends or family who can provide transportation.

Eligibility: Eligible Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Medicaid clients and InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization members that have been qualified and appear in Cascades West Ride Line electronic eligibility files, and Samaritan Advantage Medical clients.

Transport: 24 hours per day / 7 days a week
