SENIOR AND DISABILITIES SERVICES
Serves as the designated Area Agency on Aging and Disability Services for Lane County. Provides Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan/OHP), SNAP (Food Stamps), and other state services for older adults and adults with disabilities. Additional services include: adult protective services, case management, planning for those in need of long term care services including adult foster care, residential homes, assisted living, nursing home care, information and assistance.
