MULTNOMAH COUNTY AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CONNECTION
Provides services to older adults, adults with disabilities, veterans, and caregivers. Services include Medicaid case management, SNAP/food stamps administration, information and assistance, legal services, transportation, in-home services so client can remain independent, advocacy assistance, and help with health care questions. Adult protective services investigates incidents of abuse or neglect involving older adults and people with disabilities who are living in a facility or their own homes and provides a phone line to report abuse or neglect. The Central Office is responsible for advocacy, planning, community relations, and administrative support for the division.
